We have bought many appliances from Caplans for our rental properties and our own home, so when we needed a new stove we went back to look at what was available, knowing that the selection is always great. Unfortunately we didn't know what we really wanted so Mike showed us various options. After purchasing the stove and paying the full amount we did some research and decided that we wanted something else. After phoning Mike and explaining the sitation he quickly found what we wanted. He was very curteous and went out of his way to find the stove we wanted and also saved us a pile of money. Thanks a lot Mike!
